Citadines XXX is seeking a confident Maintenance Handyperson to become part of our team. Our properties operate 24/7; therefore, the department works on early or late shifts, on a rotating basis.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager, supporting the provision of memorable experiences for our guests in the city.

As our Maintenance Handyperson, your responsibilities will include:

1. Implementing policies, standards, and procedures related to Water Hygiene, Energy Conservation, Fire Prevention, Safety Programmes, and Routine Maintenance Inspections.
2. Responding to work orders registered in the job log system and completing all assigned tasks within the targeted timeframe.
3. Monitoring stock levels and logging shift activities regularly, communicating as needed.
4. Reporting hazards or defects to senior management.
5. Processing handovers according to company guidelines.

To succeed as a Maintenance Handyperson, we require:

• Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent guest engagement skills.
• The ability to enhance the guest experience throughout the hotel.
• Effective communication and organizational skills aligned with guest expectations.
• A good command of English is essential; knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
