Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a maintenance person to join our pub and hotel team in Newport. You will be on hand to keep the building operating smoothly and looking its best, performing basic plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.

The role focuses on routine maintenance, safety, and pleasant surroundings for guests and staff, with opportunities to contribute to ongoing improvements in our busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing, carpentry and painting skills required.
• Experience maintaining pub/hotel facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mantain and repair building systems in the pub and hotel.
• Keep guest areas safe, tidy and well-presented.
• Assist with basic upgrades and routine maintenance tasks.
