Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all gas installation testing in accordance with current legislation.
• Ensure the safe installation of any new gas appliances such as boilers, ovens, and fires.
• Build positive relationships to resolve queries with minimal disruption to guests’ stay.
• Respond to any breakdowns or urgent issues.
• Assist in training the maintenance team in gas safety and upskill the team.
• Record all jobs on our company system.

Qualifications

You must be ‘Gas Safe’ qualified and hold current gas safe qualifications including CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD.
