Job description

An established metal recycling company based in the Stratford upon Avon area requires an experienced maintenancefitter with welding experience.

Duties:

• Carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on mobile and fixed plant equipment, including shredders, conveyors, and all manner of recycling plant equipment.
• Plant safety inspections.
• MIG and arc welding on plant.

Requirements:

• Experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy plant equipment preferably in a scrapyard / recycling environment.
• MIG and arcwelding experience esential.
• Own tools required.
• Own transport required due to company location.

Hours:

• 6am to 2pm and 12 Noon to 8pmMonday to Friday. (Alternatingshifts)
• Overtime available after 40 hours.

This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
