We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in heating, chilled, ventilation, and BMS systems, who is committed to safety, quality, and technical excellence. Strong understanding of Heating, Chilled Systems, Ventilation, and BMS Systems within a healthcare environment
Skilled in installation, repair, fault finding, and diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building energy management systems
Ability to work safely in compliance with health and safety regulations, including working at heights and using relevant tools and equipment
Capable of working independently, including on call duties and driving the company vehicle as required
Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and commitment to health and safety standards
Proven ability to respond promptly to breakdowns and participate in scheduled response systems
