• Work safely according to Health & Safety regulations.

Maintenance Fitter Northern Ireland £30-36k + overtime + Company Vehicle

INFORM are recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter to cover Water & WWTW projects across Belfast and surrounding areas.

This role will be predominantly field-based working across multiple sites carrying out both PPM and installation of new equipment.

Roles Include:

• Assembly, installation and repair of pipes, fitting and fixtures.
• Ability to dismantle, assess, repair and reassemble industrial equipment.
• Ability to work flexible to meet the requirements of the projects set.
• To work in a safe manner and to understand the rules & regulations of the Health & Safety Environmental standards.
• Read and understand the written and verbal instructions to improve work standards.
• Operate hand-controlled tools and computer-controlled machinery.
• Required to work on occasions in confined spaces and at height.
• Use of PDA/tablet device to report job information.

Essential Criteria:

• 3 years of experience working on industrial plant and equipment.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Experience in mobile working providing planned and reactive maintenance on multiple sites will be beneficial.
• Experience in the water industry beneficial.
• Experience in manual machining e.g., lathe turning, milling would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
