Maintenance Estimator - Salford Quays / Hybrid working available
Due to an extraordinary period of growth Marlowe Fire & Security are seeking a Maintenance Estimator who is a focused and enthusiastic individual with key attention to detail to support in the completion of our major bid opportunities and sales proposals.
The Maintenance Estimator will play a critical role in shaping our commercial success by creating precise and competitive pricing for Fire & Security maintenance contracts. This includes end-user contracts and framework agreements with facility management companies.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for analysing costs, forecasting profitability, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to prepare comprehensive pricing proposals.
