We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer (training into a Multi Skilled role) to join a leading packaging manufacturer in Swindon. The role offers a salary of £37,000 - £48,000, along with multi-skilled training, career progression opportunities, a Christmas bonus, overtime, pension, 31 days holiday, and no night shifts.

This site-based role covers areas around Swindon, Chippenham, Newbury, Devizes, Calne, Marlborough, and surrounding areas, with a shift pattern of Earlies & Lates.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintenance and project work across machinery and facilities, supporting a small engineering team across three local sites. The ideal candidate is a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing background seeking technical training and career growth.
