Oldbury

Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical background, looking to join a powerhouse within the steel production industry that will support your ongoing development with extensive internal training and paid for qualifications and courses like NVQs?

On offer is the opportunity to bolster your skillset, whilst working a Monday to Friday days based role with opportunities to boost your earnings through overtime.

In this role you will be carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery from rollers, to press machines, supporting day to day manufacturing. You will be working in a team of 15 reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

This company is a leading entity in the UK, specializing in cold roll-formed steel sections and structural products. It plays a crucial role in the industry, offering a wide range of products, including framing systems and cable management.

The Role

• Reactive and preventative mechanical maintenance
• Variety of machinery (Press, rollers etc.)
• Training and external courses (NVQ etc.)
• Overtime available
• Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm

The Person

• Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Mechanical background
