Maintenance Engineer (Security) - Ref: V316

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering premium customer service and has the drive to continually improve. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and committed to delivering a high-quality service. You will be supported with further training and development.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Performing maintenance on a wide range of security systems, including public space CCTV and intercoms
  • Ensure client satisfaction is achieved before leaving site by delivering a high standard of service
  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including timesheets, and job reports, using the Company’s service management system
  • Deliver outstanding premium service to customers at all times
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices
  • Participate in the Company’s out of hours callout rota
Key experience / Qualifications:
  • A good technical knowledge of CCTV, networking, and intercom systems
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintaining CCTV systems
  • IPAF Licence
  • PTS (desirable but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a positive approach with a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to remain effective under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Well organised with a disciplined and structured approach to work
  • Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
We will offer the following package:
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic plus overtime (dependant on skills, experience, and qualifications)
