We have multiple opportunities for Maintenance Engineers in the Sleaford area with a salary higher than industry average plus generous overtime payments with a high OTE.

Shift Pattern: 4 ON / 4 OFF - 2 Days / 2 Nights (07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on-site
2. Work in a team of skilled engineers on a rotating 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern
3. Utilize your electrical and mechanical skills, with good working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs
4. Apply fault-finding techniques and support improvements in machinery performance

What We’re Looking For:

1. Multi Skilled Engineer with mechanical and electrical expertise
2. VQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
3. Strong fault-finding skills and a solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs
4. Minimum 17th Edition certification
