Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
• Mechanical and electrical fault-finding
• CMMS/maintenance records management
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Safe working in regulated environment
• Prior breakdown response experience

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Fault find and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on pumps, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimise production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage work orders using CMMS.
• Support inspections, compliance, and EHS initiatives site-wide.
• Monitor spare parts stock levels to support ongoing operations.
