URM (UK) LIMITED is seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer to operate on a Panama shift pattern (2,2,3) with a mix of days and nights. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance, start-up machines, and adjust settings to optimise performance, while diagnosing faults to minimise downtime.

The role offers clear progression into electrical or mechanical qualifications as the plant expands. The ideal candidate has Level 3 engineering qualifications in mechanical or electrical disciplines, strong

Qualifications

• PPM & reactive maintenance experience required.
• Machine start-up and adjustments to optimise performance.
• Fault diagnosis and corrective actions to minimise downtime.
• Effective handovers and clear communication across shifts.
