This scope of services defines the independent consultancy services to be delivered by the Contractor. The Maintenance Engineering Consultant shall deliver independent, specialist services to support the integrity, performance, and compliance of offshore cranes and associated lifting appliances on Client-designated offshore assets. The Contractor is fully responsible for determining the manner and means of performing the services and is not subject to the supervision, direction, or control of the Client. Any additional services outside the scope detailed below will require mutual agreement and formalisation through a written contract variation.
The Consultant shall provide professional engineering services focused on the assurance, maintenance, and operational readiness of offshore cranes and lifting appliances. Services will be delivered as per the agreed deliverables and timelines, ensuring alignment with applicable safety and operational regulations. While coordination with the Client and third parties will be required, the Consultant will determine the method and sequencing of the work to achieve desired outcomes.
Services should be provided to enable production of the following deliverables where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order.
