We're looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to help maintain the operational performance of our high-speed production and packing machinery at our fresh site in Lincoln.

You'll be responsible for frontline breakdown cover as well as undertaking routine maintenance to maximise production efficiency.

Skills and Experience

You'll need a good level of education with mechanical and electrical based engineering qualifications and experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment. Experience of PLC and Inverter control programming (Including safety PLC) and Shire PPM systems would give you that advantage.

A working knowledge of process and packaging machinery is needed along with excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills. You’ll also need a flexible, proactive approach and be able to work effectively in a small team or independently.
