Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Malvern is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing manufacturing team. You will identify failure modes, diagnose and repair equipment, liaise with day teams, and perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, completed an apprenticeship, and holds NVQ level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in manufacturing.
• Completed an apprenticeship as a Maintenance Engineer.
• NVQ level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Ability to work under pressure and report accurately.

Responsibilities

• Identify failure modes of plant equipment and repair to operation safely and quickly.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns.
• Liaise with day engineering teams to resolve long-term issues.
• Locate spare parts using the maintenance management system and manage stores.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as scheduled in the CMMS.
