JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with excellent equipment and machinery troubleshooting and repair skills, with a strong electrical bias.

As the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure all blow moulding machines (Extrusion, Injection, and Stretch blow moulding) and associated production machinery operate with maximum uptime, in line with company maintenance procedures and health & safety requirements.

You will provide planned and reactive maintenance to all plant and services within your scope of training.

DUTIES
  • Ensure all equipment, machinery, and peripherals operate efficiently to maintain continuous production.
  • Perform repairs on machines during breakdowns or as preventive maintenance.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork and maintenance logs accurately, following company procedures.
  • Adhere to quality, hygiene, and food safety policies during all duties.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably required by supervision, consistent with the job purpose.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Manufacturing experience is essential (e.g., Plastics, Packaging, FMCG, Food, Beverage, Pharma).
  • HNC qualification preferred, or a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in electrical with experience.
  • Multi Skilled experience with a strong electrical bias.
