£40k-£45k + Oyster Card + Overtime

Hours: 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Role: Resident Maintenance Engineer – Multi-skilled Engineer
Based in Central London, you will work with an exclusive Hotel Group supporting and maintaining four of their buildings. You will liaise with on-site customer representatives, respond quickly to reactive maintenance issues, schedule PPM, ensure sites are safe and compliant, and resolve hard service issues promptly to minimize downtime.
