£40k-£45k + Oyster Card + Overtime

Hours: 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Location: Central London

Role: Resident Maintenance Engineer – Multi-skilled Engineer

Based in Central London, you will work with an exclusive Hotel Group supporting and maintaining four of their buildings. You will liaise with on-site customer representatives, respond quickly to reactive maintenance issues, schedule PPM, ensure sites are safe and compliant, and resolve hard service issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive works are performed according to schedules and industry standards.
• Monitor main plant and equipment daily within buildings.
• Respond to emergency call-outs, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs.
• Implement health and safety procedures on-site.
• Maintain good relationships with company employees and customer representatives.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and site processes.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining business continuity and customer relationships.

You will:

• Be apprenticeship trained with trade qualifications.
• Hold a Mechanical Qualification - NVQ Level 2 minimum.
• Have experience/knowledge of electrical lighting/testing.
• Be confident and willing to go the extra mile.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Be customer-facing, polished, and personable.
• Have a strong understanding of compliance and health and safety.
• Maintain a smart, presentable appearance.
• Be stable in work history.
