Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to maximise production equipment availability across our UK facilities. The role is based in Rugby and involves 42 hours per week with a 4 on/4 off, 12-hour shift pattern.

You will work within a team that combines beer and soft drinks under world-class operations. Ideal candidates have an electrical bias, multi-skilled background, and experience in manufacturing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Engineering.
• Electrical bias with multi-skilled background.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance (Food/Beverage/FMCG preferred).
• Knowledge of Lean, TPM and continuous improvement methods.
• Good IT skills and data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns, repair promptly, and maintain equipment availability.
• Implement preventative maintenance per the Britvic Work System (BWS).
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality procedures including LOTO and Permits to Work.
• Lead zero-loss teams to optimise utilities usage and improve reliability.
• Record maintenance activities and spare parts in SAP PM and collaborate with Central Engineering.
