Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd is recruiting engineers to support the Finmere Mill in Buckinghamshire. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns to ensure continuous production, working on a 4 on/4 off days and nights rotation to keep the mill running smoothly.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including salary £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience, location allowance and enhanced pension, life insurance and health checks.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering preventative maintenance to keep manufacturing equipment running smoothly.
• Ability to respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective fixes.
• Strong teamwork to support a busy milling operations team.

• Undertake preventative maintenance to ensure smooth Mill operation.
• Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.
