A local authority in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of building services. The ideal candidate will maintain HVAC systems, manage emergency call-outs, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills. This role requires substantial experience in heating and ventilation maintenance and relevant qualifications. A full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary is offered.

Salary - £36,363 - £40,777 (Grade 6)
Hours - 37 hours per week

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated team within the City of Wolverhampton Council. You will work under the guidance of the Senior Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of building services across the city.
This role involves attending emergency call-outs and to address maintenance and repairs that are unable to be done during the weekday, this is a fundamental requirement of the post.
