ARE YOU A MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER WITH EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT?

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a well-established manufacturer known for quality. The company has significant growth and investment plans on site.

The role is suitable for mechanically biased maintenance engineers, multi-skilled maintenance engineers, mechanical engineers, or mechanical fitters with experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is essential. Candidates should be apprentice trained or hold equivalent qualifications.

Reporting to the maintenance supervisor, you will handle reactive and pre-planned maintenance using a CMMS system. You will work on a range of production and process machinery within a plastics manufacturing facility, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, drives, rivets, belts, and pumps. Activities include strip down and rebuild tasks, continuous improvement projects, and facilities maintenance when needed.
