Our client is a luxury hotel and resort in the East Midlands. We are seeking a versatile individual capable of planning long-term maintenance projects as well as addressing immediate repair needs. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, experienced in basic maintenance and repairs, painting, and knowledgeable about health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out repairs and maintenance across the property
2. Ensure all duties comply with health and safety standards
3. Conduct regular inspections of all areas
4. Complete maintenance projects efficiently
5. Support the Facilities Manager in daily operations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within hotels or resorts
• Trade qualifications
• Organized with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Full driving license
