Job description

The Role: Maintenance Engineer – Luxury Country Hotel

Location: East Midlands

Salary: Up to £35,000

Our client is a Luxury Hotel and resort in the East Midlands. We are looking for an all-rounded individual that will be able to plan long-term maintenance projects as well as fixing immediate issues. Along with this, you will be hands-on, well-versed in all basic maintenance and repair work, painting, and have knowledge and experience of health and safety procedures.

About the role:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance issues throughout the property
• Ensure that all duties and performance standards comply with H&S procedures
• Carry out regular inspections of all areas
• Ensure that maintenance projects are completed
• Support the Facilities Manager

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in a similar role within hotels or resorts
• Qualifications in trade
• A well-organised individual with great communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Full driving license
