Qualifications

• Expérience précédente en tant que Maintenance Engineer dans un hôtel.
• Compétences dans la maintenance de piscines et spas appréciées.
• Détention d'un permis de conduire.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser des réparations et de la maintenance sur toute la propriété.
• Effectuer des inspections régulières de toutes les zones.
• Se conformer aux procédures de santé et sécurité.

The Role: Maintenance Engineer – Luxury Boutique Hotel

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £45,000

Our client is a luxury boutique hotel in Oxfordshire. We are looking for a well-rounded individual who can plan long-term maintenance projects as well as handle immediate repairs. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, experienced in basic maintenance and repairs, painting, and knowledgeable about health and safety procedures.

About the role:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance throughout the property
• Ensure all duties and performance standards comply with H&S procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas
• Complete maintenance projects efficiently

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in a similar role within hotels
• Trade qualifications preferred
• Experience with swimming pools & spa maintenance
• Organized with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Full driving license required
