Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UK’s leading facilities companies covering Central London.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of contact for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.

If you are mechanically / AC biased, tasks could include repairs to cooling units and AHUs, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF systems, and more. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work including minor repairs.

If you are electrical biased, tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also support with general fabric work including minor repairs.

Benefits & Salary

• Salary: £44,209 per annum
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (45 hours)
• Working hours: 7am - 4pm (Door to Door Pay) + 1-in-4 Saturday Shift
• On Call: 1 in 4 weeks for emergencies only
