Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy manufacturing site in Haverfordwest. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to continuous improvement across site machinery.

The role requires hands-on experience in planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance within industrial environments and an engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical). PLC fault-finding experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
• Electrical fault-finding experience.
• Mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on site machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and repair in a timely manner.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on manufacturing equipment.

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC s, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
