A HVAC Engineer who will manage and maintain our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services and systems undertaking both reactive and planned works.
Playing a pivotal part working within a small team, you will collaborate with the project delivery management team and liaise with various planners.
You will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a range of HVAC equipment and ensuring they are completed efficiently and in line with health and safety standards and regulations.
Mechanical knowledge and experience of working with air conditioning systems and refrigeration systems, troubleshooting installations as well as fault finding and repairs is essential.
The successful applicant will support the departments on-call rota, at our offices in Stoke-on-Trent and other sites within the property portfolio. This would include any pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues.
