Location: Westminster

Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background working in High End Commercial Buildings? Join an established FM company working on several well-known buildings in London, offering a stable days-based role within an important contract, looking after a new High End multi-use facility.

This role is based in a high-end multi-use building in the heart of London. You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance for a variety of clients, following PPM schedules and working alongside the Site Supervisor and other contractors to ensure work is carried out promptly and professionally.

The Role

• Carrying out planned and preventive maintenance
• Working with a variety of clients within the building
• Reporting to the Site Supervisor

The Person

• Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Mechanical Bias
• Background in High End Commercial Facilities
• Commutable to Westminster
