Maintenance Engineer (Generator / Field-based)

Location: Field based with regional travel around the South West

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 + Overtime + Company Van (personal use) + Training + Company Phone and Laptop + Door-to-Door Pay

Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with Generator experience looking for a varied, field-based role working on standby generators within a market-leading company? This role offers the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through door-to-door pay and overtime.

This leading company has been established for over 60 years and has recently been acquired by an engineering giant, allowing them to continue their success and expand further. As a leader in the Power industry, the business is ever-expanding, and they are now looking to grow their team with a Standby Generator Engineer.

In this varied role, you will undertake a range of PPM and reactive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and installations on diesel generators, switchgear, and control systems.

Working hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday, with overtime at enhanced rates (1.5x / 2x) and an on-call rota earning an additional £120/week when on-call.
