Overview

Maintenance Engineer - North London (Enfield) | Salary: £58,000 - £60,000 + Overtime | Shifts: 12-hour Days & Nights (Continental Shift Pattern) | Sector: Manufacturing / Automated Production

We're working with a world-class manufacturer with an impeccable reputation for quality, investment, and employee development. They're now looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join their growing and friendly engineering team at their fully automated production site. What you'll be doing

• Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance on production machinery.
• Fault finding and repair on mechanical or electrical systems (depending on your skill set).
• Working to minimise downtime and ensure smooth production.
• Supporting with breakdowns and root cause analysis.
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects on site.

What we're looking for

• A Maintenance Engineer with a recognised qualification - City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong background in manufacturing / production environments.
• Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
• Proven ability to work on automated systems and production machinery.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-player attitude.
