This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Engineer role with an electrical bias, based at Greencore's facility in Newark-On-Trent. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing production and packaging equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Typical tasks include diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, completing corrective repairs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. The role involves collaborating closely with production, engineering, and health and safety teams, updating maintenance records, and adhering to all compliance and safety standards.
