Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Banbury
Salary: circa GBP48,000 DAYS
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday NO SHIFTS

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking a role that values your skills and offers a balanced work-life schedule? A Banbury-based engineering company is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team. This medium-sized, independent engineering company is renowned for its supportive environment and well-maintained facilities.
This role offers a competitive salary of around GBP48,000, along with 23 days of holiday plus statutory holidays. The working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, ensuring no early starts, no shift work, and no weekend commitments (unless there's an exceptional circumstance).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining plant equipment and usual facilities maintenance.
- Working on small furnace equipment, panel boards, machine tools, and various specialized equipment.
- Fault finding, machine installations, and coordinating with specialist sub-contractors.
The work environment is akin to a clean-room, ensuring that you won't be dealing with dirty machines or uncomfortable working conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Electrical qualification (i.e., 18th Edition Wiring Regulations / City & Guilds).
- Industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Proven track record in electrical maintenance.
