Shift: Days Monday to Friday (Half-Day Friday)

Pay: Up to £42,000 + Bonus

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to maximise uptime and prevent breakdowns.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise production downtime.
  • Support installation and modification of machinery and electrical systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve efficiency and reliability.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing, heavy industry, or armed forces.
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills with electrical systems and control panels.
  • Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, and electrical schematics is desirable.
  • A proactive approach focused on continuous improvement.
