Job summary

CV Technical Limited is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their site in NG13. You will maintain a range of production machinery and site equipment, performing planned and reactive maintenance.

The role involves diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, carrying out PPM, and supporting continuous improvement while keeping safety and maintenance records up to date. A permanent position with a competitive salary and double days shift is on offer.

Qualifications

• A recognised engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving faults.
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery and site equipment.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and minimise downtime.
• Repair and maintain production equipment and contribute to reliability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and collaborate with production teams.
• Work safely and ensure maintenance activities meet company standards.
