Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Double Days (Mon-Fri)

We are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving production machinery, reducing downtime, supporting continuous improvement projects, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include performing planned and reactive maintenance across all production equipment, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical faults, supporting and delivering continuous improvement initiatives, minimising machine downtime and improving production efficiency, maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on site, and collaborating with other departments to achieve production targets.
