Excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work for a fast-growing start-up!

This exciting food business are already carving a distinguished presence in the market. A strong brand with excellent products now seeking a seasoned Maintenance Engineer to fortify their operations amidst an exciting phase of business expansion.

The appointed Maintenance Engineer will be entrusted with a critical function, overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across a diverse array of machinery and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, flow wrappers, mixers, fryers, ovens, packaging machines, and PLCs, notably Allen Bradley and Siemens S7. Beyond routine maintenance, the role extends to spearheading site projects, making it a linchpin in the company’s continued success.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a time served Maintenance Engineer with experience working in a similar role (multi-skilled / maintenance) within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry. It will be advantageous if you have project engineering experience and have a good working knowledge of Continuous Improvement.

This is a days-based role working five out of seven days.

As you would expect with any start-up, no two days are the same and its very fast-paced but lots of fun working with a brilliant team.
