Salary: up to £34k

My manufacturing / production client is looking to add to their Maintenance Department and wish to recruit a proven Maintenance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve day-to-day mechanical and electrical maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Attend breakdowns and log all work on the maintenance system.
  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance as per the schedule.
  • Build relationships with department managers and operatives through clear communication.
  • Follow health and safety legislation and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • City and Guilds or BTEC in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Electrical knowledge for circuitry and fault finding.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments with precision machinery.
  • Mechanical engineering knowledge.
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge is advantageous.
