Job description

Maintenance Engineer – Double Day Shifts (No Nights!)
Join a Business That Doesn’t Just Fix Problems – We Prevent Them.

Are you an electrically-biased Maintenance Engineer who’s had enough of night shifts, firefighting breakdowns, and feeling like a spare part? Good news – we’ve got a day-shift-only opportunity where your skills will be valued, your ideas heard, and your weeknights sacred.

We’re on the hunt for a proactive, hands-on engineer who gets stuck in, solves problems before they become disasters, and keeps our machinery (and team!) running smoothly. Sound like your kind of gig? Keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading and coordinating maintenance activities like the engineering maestro you are.

  • Keeping things ticking with top-notch fault finding on both mechanical and electrical systems – including logic controllers and schematics.

  • Owning preventive maintenance like a boss – spot issues early and keep downtime low.

  • Providing fast, effective support when things do go pear-shaped.

  • Working closely with a great team to create smart maintenance plans that stick.

  • Logging everything (yes, paperwork is part of the fun) to keep things compliant and trackable.

    What We’re Looking For:
    • Experience in a maintenance engineering role – ideally with strong electrical skills (bonus points for PLC knowledge).

    • Clear communicator with great English skills – written and spoken.

    • A logical thinker who doesn’t flap under pressure.

    • Welding skills? Great! If not, no biggie.

    • Someone who takes pride in delivering high standards and keeping the operation humming.

    • You’ll be working double day shifts (that’s mornings and afternoons – no nights!).

If you're ready to join a team where you can make a real impact – we want to hear from you. This is more than just a maintenance role. It's your next big move.
