Maintenance Engineer Days - Bridgwater
GBP40,000 - 46,000
Double Days - The role will include 1 Saturday Shift (7.5hrs) per Calendar Month at 1.5 times hourly rate

My client, a successful manufacturing company based in Bridgwater, Somerset, is looking to recruit a permanent maintenance engineer / time-served multi-skilled engineer (Mechanical) from a manufacturing or packaging background to work a rotating Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 6am - 2.15pm / 2pm - 10.15pm. Working as part of a small engineering team, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide array of Process, Converting, and Packaging equipment in the heart of Somerset. You will be working for a stable company that has experienced increased business in recent months.

Duties will include:

• Day-to-day fault finding on all production lines, both mechanical and electrical equipment.
• The ability to read both mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Carrying out scheduled maintenance on production lines.

Person Specification - The successful Maintenance Engineer must:

• Be a time-served Multi Skilled Engineer.
• Have experience working in an FMCG environment.
• Ideally possess pneumatic knowledge.
• Be a self-motivated individual with a helpful attitude.
