Maintenance Engineer - Days

I am pleased to be working with an excellent manufacturing business that is looking to recruit an additional Maintenance Engineer to join their friendly team in Norfolk.

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

As the Day Shift Engineer, reporting to the Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Responding to breakdowns and completing Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM).
2. Analyzing breakdowns and engineering performance, facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, and suggesting improvements to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI).
3. Leading and completing smaller engineering projects on-site.
4. Participating in larger projects, including Capex investment engineering initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Shift Engineer, or Multi-skilled Engineer, with relevant electrical and mechanical engineering qualifications. Experience within FMCG, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Feed industries is desirable.
