Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a market-leading manufacturing company on the day shift in Oswestry. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment, including automated lines, robotics, and conveyors.

Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration with production teams are essential. The position offers a salary around £55,000 plus company benefits, with enhanced overtime rates as part of the shift package.

Competenze

• Proven mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with automated production lines, robotics, conveyors and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults quickly to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality.

• Provide mechanical and electrical technical engineering support across all production operations.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standard, including automated production lines, robotics, conveyor systems, and associated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose faults efficiently to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Assist production teams with machinery setups and breakdowns, delivering guidance and training where appropriate.
