What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out first-fix reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently
• Minimising downtime and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and proactive maintenance strategies
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams

Shift pattern:

4 on / 4 off rotational shifts (2 days, 2 nights) – providing a healthy work-life balance and regular time off

What do I need?

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer
• An appropriate Engineering qualification
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments is preferred but not essential
• Multi-skilled in mechanical and electrical disciplines is preferred
• PLC experience is a plus
