  • Be responsible for the looking after of the Care Home and carry out planned maintenance of the Home (painting, plumbing, minor refurbishments, etc) and able to assemble or install new equipment delivered to the Home.

  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the home’s surrounding grounds (make sure pathways and driveways are uncluttered open and safe, plants of every type are tendered and hydrated).
