Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing site in West Devon (Okehampton). The role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance and fault-finding on automated production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has electrical or mechanical bias, hands-on experience in manufacturing or REME, and a recognised engineering qualification, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Electrical bias preferred.
• Backgrounds from manufacturing, industrial, or Armed Forces REME.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience carrying out planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on automated production machinery.
• Perform reactive maintenance and fault-finding to minimise downtime.
• Ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency on a state-of-the-art manufacturing site.
