Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Coalville
Shift Pattern: Panama Shift Pattern (Days and Nights)
Salary: Up to £52,000 + Benefits

Our client, a global leader in automation solutions, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a major customer site in Coalville. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a highly automated, cutting-edge facility—with a clear path to progress into a Shift Leader role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions
• Support the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the CMMS system
• Assist in managing shift handovers and contribute to shift reports
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Career Progression:
If you demonstrate technical expertise, leadership qualities, and initiative, there will be an opportunity to step into a Shift Leader position—taking on team coordination, mentoring responsibilities, and acting as the key contact during shifts.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in an electrical or mechanical discipline
