Overview

Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer – £46,000 + Annual Bonus + Double Match Pension (IF YOU put 5% they put 10%). Overtime readily available - OTE £50,000. Fantastic training and progression opportunities. Monday - Friday days only with flexi hours.

They are currently looking to strengthen their engineering team by welcoming a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Currently with £10 million worth of capex projets ongoing on site, you will be joining the company at a perfect time if you’re looking to get involved in projects.

The Role

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reactive Maintenance
  • Planned Preventive Maintenance
  • Mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Working on machinery including kilns, hoppers, packaging machines and more
  • Working on mechanical systems such as conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and pumps
  • Repair and overhaul of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Candidate Requirements

Our ideal Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will have:

  • A Level 3 qualification
  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Strong team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude
