Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Join a Fast-Paced Industrial Powerhouse!

Location: Coventry

Salary: £37,260 basic £3.50/hour shift allowance

Shift Pattern: Innovative 5 & 2 12-hour day shifts

Were on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments and is passionate about keeping high-performance machinery running at peak efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Take ownership of maintenance and repair across a broad range of production equipment
  • Tackle breakdowns head-on and carry out proactive, planned maintenance
  • Install, commission, and maintain CNC and foundry machinery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects that drive operational excellence
  • Apply your fabrication and fault-finding expertise to solve problems efficiently
  • Follow and close work orders for PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks

What You Bring:

  • Solid experience in metal works and heavy industrial machinery
  • Proven skills in machinery installation, commissioning, and hands-on repair
  • Strong background in CNC maintenance, fault-finding, and schematic interpretation
  • Familiarity with PLC fault diagnosis
  • NVQ Level 3 (electrical or mechanical) is essential
  • A team-first mindset with great communication skills and a reliable, flexible approach

5 & 2 Pattern 12-Hour Days 41 Hours/Week

  • Week 1: MonTue ON WedThu OFF FriSat ON
  • Week 2: MonTue OFF WedThu ON FriSun OFF
