Role: Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £46,340

Shifts: Monday to Friday (Earlies, Lates and Nights)

Location: Watford

The Business:

ATA are proud to partner with a key business within Automated Logistics that design, manufacture and maintain highly automated state of the art systems within the warehousing industry. With operations in nearly 100 sites across the UK (and growing!) this is a fantastic business to join due to the growth forecasted, giving you the opportunity to progress within the business.

With a UK Turnover of around £100m, they can offer the right Maintenance Engineer great job security and some fantastic training opportunities too. They are known for developing their talent and nurturing their team up the Engineering Ladder.

The Role:

The role of Maintenance Engineer will include the following:

  1. Reactive and Planned Maintenance on all of the Automated Machinery including State of the art Robotics, Dispensers, Labellers, Conveyors
  2. Working both Electrically and Mechanically on breakdowns
  3. Working within Control Panels, Fault Finding using a Multimeter and reading Electrical Drawings
  4. Replacing Sensors, Relays, Contactors, Invertors, Three Phase Motors
  5. Mechanically working with: Bearings, Gearboxes, Shafts, Rollers, Belts, Pulleys, Chains

The Candidate:

The Right Candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will be/have:

  1. Be a strong Logical thinker, able to think step by step when problems arise with a calm approach
  2. Be able to work Electrically and Mechanically
  3. Work well alone or within a team
  4. Experience within an Engineering field
