Ce poste requiert une expérience antérieure en FMCG et une formation d'apprenti. Une forte sensibilité à la santé et sécurité est essentielle.

Qualifications

• Ingénieur polyvalent avec formation d'apprenti.
• Expérience en FMCG (fabrication alimentaire/boisson/pharmaceutique).
• Capable de travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapide.

Responsibilities

Excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established, FMCG company based in West Wales, Ceredigion!

Our client is an innovative, multi-sited business who have a great reputation across Wales and the UK and are now looking for strong Engineers to help strengthen their operation as they continue to grow.

As Maintenance Engineer you will work as part of a team responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance across the factory including PPM, breakdowns, and the set-up of all machinery and equipment.

The maintenance engineering team will also offer support with company wide projects as and when required, these projects can vary between process improvement, equipment, line installation, factory refurbishments, CI, and CAPEX projects.

This is a company who are serious about health and safety, and you’ll need to be an advocate of ensuring the factory is safe, tidy, and compliant.

To be considered for this role you’ll need to be an apprentice served Multi-skilled Engineer, and therefore competent to work safely on process equipment comprising of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, instrumentation, control systems, CIP etc.

Ideally, you will have FMCG experience (food manufacturing / drink manufacturing / pharmaceutical / Consumer goods etc.) and must know what it’s like to work within a high pressured, fast-paced factory.

Please note that the shift pattern for this role comprises of both days and nights.
